Habits

Habits are about self-mastery and embodying the best version of you day in and day out. Utilizing your physiology as a tool to support you in showing up powerfully to your life, you can create habits that run on autopilot so you are not stuck relying on finite willpower.

We all know that feeling great can lead to great action—but the inverse is also true. Your behaviors have a direct impact on your feelings. Feelings follow behaviors, just as often as behaviors follow feelings. However, it’s our behaviors that are controllable in a way that our feelings are not.

Emphasizing the work of Brian Johnson, BJ Fogg and James Clear —we will take inventory of how you eat, move, sleep, breathe, focus, and celebrate. We’ll identify behaviors and habits to unlock your potential.  We’ll create a personal protocol to get your body and your mind right, so you can practice stepping into the next best version of you, making your prior best your new baseline.

Habits are the cornerstone for optimizing and actualizing. Committing to a few behaviors daily can seem small and insignificant but done consistently overtime can have an extraordinary impact, creating exponential growth and returns in your life. Our smallest choices aggregate and compound in huge ways.

By honoring a commitment to yourself and doing what you say you will do, you build emotional stamina and cultivate a deep sense of trust and anti-fragile confidence in who you are and your ability to embrace the inevitable challenges of life.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” ~Aristotle

"Practice isn't the thing you do, once your good.
It's the thing you do that that makes you good."
